Almond oil

  • Delicate flavour of almonds
  • Can replace any oil or butter in savoury or sweet recipes and is a perfect marriage with apricots, berries, chicken, chocolate, cream, dried fruit, honey, rice, trout and vanilla.
  • Unlike almond extract, almond oil is not concentrated enough to give a strong almond taste to sweets.
  • Has a high smoke point, so may be used for cooking.

Hazelnut oil

  • High in mono-saturated fat (84%)
  • Adds a fine taste of hazelnuts to salads, marinades and mayonnaise.
  • Can replace any oil or butter in savoury or sweet recipes and is a perfect marriage with almonds, chocolate, cinnamon, duck, oranges, pork, asparagus and salad leaves.

Walnut oil

  • High in polyunsaturated fats.
  • Has a rich, nutty flavour.
  • Is a perfect marriage with apples, bitter greens, blue cheese, celery, chocolate, cream, duck, figs, garlic, goat’s cheese, pears, potatoes, quinces, and rabbit.
  • Enhances desserts with the crisp, nutty flavour
  • Excellent when used as a dip with dukkah

Macadamia nut oil

  • High in mono-saturated fat
  • Subtle but rich flavour of roasted macadamias
  • Can replace any oil or butter in savoury or sweet recipes and is a perfect marriage with barramundi, chicken, chillis, honey, pork, rice and rum.
  • Ideal beginning for summer fish dishes & stir fries

Pistachio oil

  • A uniquely sweet tasting oil that brings out the delicious flavour of pistachio nuts.
  • Can replace any oil or butter in savoury or sweet recipes and is a perfect marriage with almonds, baklava, chocolate, dried fruit, ham, honey, rice, sausages, semolina, terrines, watermelon and yoghurt.
